Due to the throttling, I had to set the pump to 70% at 0°C in the MSI Center (smart fan control) (at 70°c 100%), otherwise it fell to 0RPM according to the MSI Center. As a result, the temperature always fluctuated.. (pump on, pump off, pump on...) At 75% power it has ~2640RPM and at 100% ~3200RPM.
