WebApr 14, 2008 · Center the spring around the shaft hole in the case to help locate the radial distance from the hole. Put the inner case back on. Sometimes it helps to spread the case a little at the 5 o'clock position to get it over the dowel pin. Install and torque all the bolts to 69 inch -lbs. Put the spring in place. Webreplacement ring set for JE/Eagle 685 piston. Insist on genuine Eagle parts! Made with pride in the USA!

It's strange that this "doo hickey" thing has been such a problem for such a long time. It's disappointing that Kawasaki hasn't done anything about it. WebAug 1, 2024 · Another +1 on not buying EagleMike's manual petcock. Spacing is wrong on my 92 Connie. Not sure why but there seem to be different tanks out there. Measure your tank before you buy. Center to center the bolts on EAGLE MIKE'S PETCOCK are about 1-5/16". I did not measure the tank, but one measurement should suffice.
