The screen turns blue and everything gets slow saying you're wanted by the police and I know that's normal in the game, the only problem is that it doesn't get out of slow motion and the screen stays blue. WebOct 18, 2016 · That slowmo effect shouldn't last more than 10-15 seconds, although I've seen reports of it lasting as long as two to three minutes.
