WebPod is absolutely a theme because it requires structuring your creature paclage around being able to flexibly progress your board state and answer the opponents' while chaining through CMCs, such that you can effectively leverage Pod effects. You don't just huck a card with a Pod effect in a random deck and hope for the best. WebMy 2 favorite commanders hands down are rashmi, eternities craftsr and tayam, luminous enigma. I love powerful commander that have a caveat that limits them, for rashmi it's the "must be below cmc" idea and for tayam it's the inclusion of general counters (not just plus 1 plus 1 counters).
